Hello guys, I didn't know when I was going to get
a chance to post these, but here they are. The internet
speed here yesterday was the slowest I'd ever experienced
anywhere, but this morning it's one of the fastest
anywhere. Someone doing something exotic yesterday
maybe?
I forgot this great program I have for creating Google Maps.
So lets try that too. We are in Woodland, Washington on the
Columbia River (and I mean ON it). Today we will drive
to Longview and cross the river and get back into Oregon.
Then we'll head west to Astoria and see what that area has
to offer. This is to be a "down the coast" vacation after all.
The Photos are of where we stayed on the Columbia River.

In my lifetime I had never seen ships like these traveling down
a river ... wow! Most of these pictures where taken while
leaning against the motorhome.
I hope to share more down the road ... only the internet speed
will tell. Hope to share the Oregon coast later .....
